Tempryte - RRS A series of conventional variable temperature water chillers. Cooling capacities 300W to 60kW.
Tempryte - HS A series of proportional closed loop temperature control systems for plasma etchers.
Tempryte - EX - SV Two series of high reliability variable temperature closed loop temperature control systems.
ST series covers 0ºC to 30ºC and the HT series for control between -30ºC and 100ºC.
